पंजीयन हेतु आवेदको के लिये मार्गदर्शक बिंदु व आवश्यक शर्तें हमारे जांब पोर्टल पर पंजीयन कराते ही आप मध्यप्रदेश राज्य के रोजगार कार्यालय के सम्मानीय सदस्य हो जाते हैं। जैसे ही आपकी योग्यता, अनुभव व पंजीयन तारीख की वरिष्ठता के अनुसार कोई रिक्त स्थान उपलब्ध होता है। हम आपको आपके अकाउंण्ट द्वारा उसकी सूचना यथाशीघ्र भेजेंगे। हम आपकी निजता का सम्मान करते हैं। आपके द्वारा प्रदाय की गई समस्त जानकारी गोपनीय व कार्यालय के उपयोग में ही ली जावेगी। पंजीयन फार्म को भरने के लिए अपना यूजर नेम व पासवर्ड बनायें। इस यूजर नेम व पासवर्ड द्वारा आप अपने अकाउण्ट को खोल सकेंगे।  यदि आप निम्नानुसार कोई योग्यता रखते है तो अपने जिले से संबंध्द विश्वविद्यालय रोजगार सूचना एवं मार्गदर्शन केन्द्र में पंजीयन करायें। अन्यथा अपने निवासी जिले के रोजगार कार्यालय में पंजीयन करायें।  व्यावसायिक एवं तकनीकी विषयों में स्नातक या स्नातकोत्तर या उसके समकक्ष अन्य स्नातक। जैसे:- बी.ई., एम.बी.बी.एस, एम.बी.ए., एम.सी.ए। केवल स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमाधारी आवेदक जैसे:- इंजीनियरिंग, मेडिसिन आदि (होम्योपैथिक, बायोकैमिक के दो वर्षीय डिप्लोमाधारी आवेदको को छोड़कर)। प्रथम श्रेणी के कला, विज्ञान, वाणिज्य एवं अन्य संकायों से उत्तीर्ण सभी स्नातकोत्तर आवेदक। जैसे :- एल.एल.एम., एम. एड.। व्यावसायिक एवं प्रशासकीय क्षेत्र में विशिष्ट योग्यता रखने वाले स्नातकोत्तर, डिग्री/स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमाधारी तथा कम से कम तीन वर्षो का अनुभव प्राप्त आवेदक जैसे:- पशुपालन सेवा, डेयरी, फार्मिंग, कृषि, माइनिंग एवं अन्य। जैसे ही फार्म की समस्त प्रविष्टियां आप भर लेते है, वैसे ही आपको एक अस्थाई पंजीयन क्रमांक प्राप्त हो जाता है। जो ठीक 30 दिनों तक मान्य रहेगा। इसी के आधार पर आपको स्थाई पंजीयन क्रमांक प्राप्त होगा।  स्थाई पंजीयन क्रमांक प्राप्त करने के लिए आप आपने जिला/विश्वविद्यालय रोजगार कार्यालय में अपने समस्त मूल अंकसूचियों व जन्म, जाति, निवासी, कार्यानुभव इत्यादि प्रमाण पत्रों सहित अपनी फार्म की समस्त रिक्तियां जांच कराने व एनसीओ (राष्ट्रीय व्यवसाय कोड) प्राप्त करने पहुंचे। जिससे आपका स्थाई पंजीयन क्रमांक प्राप्त करना सुनिश्चित होगा।  आपका नाम नियोजका को आपके स्थाई पंजीयन क्रमांक के जीवित रहने की दशा में भेजा जावेगा। इसकी अवधि कुल तीन वर्ष व दो माह है। इसके बाद आपको इसे नवीनीकरण कराना होगा। आपके कार्ड व अकाउण्ट में बताये गये पुनर्नवीनीकरण माह व आगामी दो माह के भीतर ही अपने कार्ड का नवीनीकरण कराले या अकाउण्ट को रिन्यू कर ले। अन्यथा आपका पंजीयन स्वयं ही निरस्त हो जावेगा। उससे मिलने वाले समस्त लाभो से भी आप वंचित हो जावेगें। आप अपने अकाउण्ट में अपने डाकपते को परिवर्तित कर सकते है, एवं अपने प्रायोजित अवसरों व अपने एनसीओ (राष्ट्रीय व्यवसाय कोड)में अपनी वरिष्ठता को भी देख सकते है। आपको जांब पोर्टल का अधिकतम लाभ लेने व व्यवसायों में उभरते प्रचलनों को जानने के लिए बार - बार अपने अकाउण्ट्स को देखने की सलाह दी जाती है।

You will be informed as soon as suitable vacancy is available as per your Qualification, Experience and seniority date of registration. In order to fill up the details of Registration form, Please Create your User Name and Password. Using this User Name & Password you can login into your account. If you possess any of the following qualifications, register yourself in University Employment Information and Guidance Bureau associated with your district otherwise in the District Employment Exchange of your resident district. Graduate or Post Graduate or equivalent in any Professional or Technical stream like B.E., M.B.B.S, M.B.A, M.C.A Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or Medicine (leaving two year Diploma in Homeopathic and Bio-chemic ) First class Post Graduate in Arts , Science, Commerce and Similar subjects like M.Ed., L.L M. Post graduate Degree or Diploma with Special qualification in Professional and Executive field like Animal Husbandry, Dairy, Farming, Agriculture, Mining and others. As soon as the entries of proforma are filled up successfully, you will get a Temporary Registration Number which will remain valid exactly for 30 days. If registering yourself outside the Employment Exchange, this temporary registration no. will serve the basis of Permanent Registration Number. In order to get Permanent Registration Number please visit selected District/University Exchange Bureau within 30 days and get your entries verified with original Mark Sheets, Date of Birth, Domicile, Caste and Experience Certificate and related documents & NCO allotted which will ensure Permanent Registration Number. You will be sponsored in case of Permanent Registration Number only. This will remain alive for 3 years along with 2 months grace period. You should renew your registration in the renewal month mentioned on the card and in the account with the grace of 2 months period. Otherwise your registration will expire and you will loose your seniority and other related benefits. You may update your Local Postal Address. You may also enquire about sponsored chances and seniority status. You are advised to frequently access your account so as to get maximum benefits from the portal and emerging trends in Jobs.
